This magnetic adapter clicks into your Ego hose end using the factory attachment method and releases by pressing the button on the hose. It will allow you to connect your Ego hose to another hose with a HoseJoy male U1-sized adapter or to any tool with a HoseJoy male U1-sized tool adapter.
Note that because the Ego hose end is bulky and heavy, we recommend *not* attaching it directly to a tool — we recommend using it to connect a lighter, more flexible hose and then connecting that to your sander, router, track saw, etc.
This product is designed to fit the hose for the EGO POWER+ 9 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum models WDV0900 and WDV0904 . The hose pictured is the 1-7/8″ x 7′ Replacement Vacuum Hose model number
