This 2.5″ male magnetic adapter is very versatile and can be used with standard 2-1/2-inch tool ports such as those found on many “contractor” table saws and router fences as well as the 2-1/2″ (2-1/4″ inside diameter) wands, handles, and accessories from Ridgid, Shop Vac, and others. Its outside diameter is tapered from 57mm to 60mm, so it will friction-fit inside pretty much any tool port or accessory that is made to fit a standard 2-1/4″ OD shop vac hose cuff.

Note that this adapter is MALE, so it is meant to point its magnetic end toward the vacuum source and mate with a female hose end adapter.
