This magnetic adapter for the super light and flexible 1″ (25mm) Powertec dust hose is one of my favorites for sanding, palm routing, domino work, track saws, and just cleaning up the workbench. The hose is so light and flexible it doesn’t feel like you even have a hose attached, but it has plenty of airflow for even my track saw. This adapter will allow you to connect the Powertec 1″ hose to another hose or a tool port quickly and easily without fiddling with hard-to-press buttons, tabs, or clamps. This is the FEMALE end — in our system, the male end points toward the vacuum source, and the female end points toward the tool.
