• This specific adapter works on any Skil tool with the X-Flow tool port like the 7492 5-Inch Random Orbit Sander, 7492-02 5-Inch Random Orbit Sander, 7292 1/4-Sheet Palm Sander, 7292-02 1/4-Sheet Palm Sander, etc. and it works by pressing and then rotating, locking the adapter in place and sealing it against the flange on the tool port.
