If something isn\u2019t right, we\u2019ll make it right.<\/p>\n<p>Returns are accepted within <strong>30 days of delivery<\/strong> for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we\u2019re unable to offer a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, items must be <strong>unused<\/strong>, in the <strong>same condition<\/strong> you received them, and in their <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not send products back without contacting us first.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n<p>Because of the nature of our products and how they\u2019re used in shops, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect due to our error:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Custom or made-to-order parts<\/li>\n<li>Bulk or wholesale orders<\/li>\n<li>Items that show signs of use, installation, or modification<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out\u2014we\u2019re happy to help.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Returns &amp; Inspections<\/h3>\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we\u2019ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.<\/p>\n<p>Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days. In many cases, we can resolve the problem without a return at all.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Lifetime Warranty<\/h3>\n<p>All HoseJoy products are backed by a <strong>limited lifetime warranty<\/strong> against manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within the first year, we cover shipping both ways for warranty replacements.<\/li>\n<li>After the first year, customers cover inbound shipping; we cover the replacement shipment back to you.<\/li>\n<li>Normal wear items such as gaskets may be replaced separately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Warranty claims are handled case-by-case to ensure the best outcome for your setup.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>International Orders<\/h3>\n<p>International orders are final sale.
