This 2.5″ ball valve has clear Rockler/Powertec 2.5″ PVC connections on both sides, so you can install it inline in a PVC branch line. It closes airtight, and when open there is zero airflow restriction.
Opens and closes effortlessly, and can be used partially open to balance airflow when multiple ports are open.
Apply silicone sealant to the inside of the adapter, then push the PVC pipe into it. Let it set up for three hours before use (the silicone will fully cure in 24 hours).
Alternatively, use tape on the outside of both the pipe and fitting.
