Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

We want HoseJoy products to work the way they’re supposed to—quietly, reliably, and without fuss. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products and how they’re used in shops, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect due to our error:

  • Custom or made-to-order parts
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or modification
  • Gift cards

Returns & Inspections

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

 

Exchanges & Defective Items

We will gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you believe there’s an issue with fit or performance, contact us before returning anything. In many cases, we can resolve the problem without a return at all.

 

Lifetime Warranty

All HoseJoy products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Within the first year, we cover shipping both ways for warranty replacements.
  • After the first year, customers cover inbound shipping; we cover the replacement shipment back to you.
  • Normal wear items such as gaskets may be replaced separately.

Warranty claims are handled case-by-case to ensure the best outcome for your setup.

 

International Orders

International orders are final sale. We’re unable to accept returns on international shipments due to customs and shipping constraints.
